When you go shopping for a new television, audio system, or even a telephone, what kind of service do you expect? Of course you want the staff to know their product inside out, as well as have good knowledge of the industry and technologies so that you can make an informed decision. And in most stores, as well as ours of course, this is exactly what you get.
What surprises many of our new customers is this: if you are unsure of how a product will perform in your home, we will bring it out, set it up, and make sure that the system is the perfect fit for you. If after the purchase your system isn’t working properly, thanks to our three year international warranty we will come out to service it. And if we happen to be in your area, we may just give you a ring to see if you need new batteries in your remote control. Oh, and did we mention this is all completely free of charge?

We expose our products to what amounts to years of smoke, cold, heat, and sun exposure, we shake them, drop them, and still, they hold up.
